Our Schools - Honouring the Past
This collection of information and images marks the first step in compiling a comprehensive description of State education in the Shepparton area.
The 'Honouring the Past' Project, established by the Greater Shepparton Secondary College, has provided the resources and the impetus to begin collating the establishment and proud histories of many well-loved schools across our district, including the four Secondary schools that merged into the new College.
The Shepparton Heritage Centre now holds a growing collection of school records and memorabilia, and our goal is to become the first place to look for local State school histories.
